VANILLA CAKE
Delicious moist vanilla cake is perfect for any occasion. Eat it plain or add a delightful vanilla or chocolate butter cream frosting. Layer up for a tiered cake.

coconut oil melted or avocado oil or flaxseed oil or almond oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 160C (325F). Grease a 9" round cake pan with coconut oil or butter. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs with SumSweet or SumSweet+, oil and vanilla. Whisk together for 1-minute.
Whisk in almond flour and baking powder until fully combined.
Pour the vanilla cake batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, in the center of your oven. Your cake is done when a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake come out clean.
Cool 5 minutes in the pan then remove and place cake on a cooling rack. Cool for 1 or 2 hours before frosting or enjoy plain.
