
No Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup Sumsweet Granular
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup Sumsweet Granular
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Crust Combine almond flour cinnamon and SumSweet with melted butter until butter has been evenly incorporated into almond flour. Using the back of a tablespoon, press crust mixture into 9 inch pie pan and set aside.
- Filling Mix SumSweet, vanilla flavor and lemon juice into cream cheese, til smooth. Next in a separate bowl beat heavy whipping cream til stiff peaks forms. Then fold heavy whipping cream into cream cheese and lime juice, then mix together. Spread cream cheese mixture into crust. Refrigerate at least five hours or overnight. Keep refrigerated.
