
Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup SumSweet+ Granular
- 1/4 cup Butter 1/2 stick
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to the boil, while whisking, then simmer.
- Simmer the ingredients for 30 minutes or until reduced, approximately by 3-4 ounces.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a heatproof container and cool. The mixture will thicken up as it cools.
