Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup SumSweet+ Granular
  • 1/4 cup Butter 1/2 stick

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to the boil, while whisking, then simmer.
  • Simmer the ingredients for 30 minutes or until reduced, approximately by 3-4 ounces.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a heatproof container and cool. The mixture will thicken up as it cools.
