VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

This Vanilla Butter Buttercream Frosting is not too sweet, but is creamy, fluffy, and melts-in-your-mouth. Soo, yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter soft
  • 2-2 1/2 cups confectioners SumSweet+
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the soft butter cubes, salt and vanilla to a stand mixer. Using the paddle attachment mix on high speed until butter is pale, smooth and fluffy.
  • Reduce to low speed and gradually add the confectioner SumSweet+, half a cup at a time. When all the SumSweet+ has been added, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes until fluffy and creamy.
  • Add cream and keep whisking for 1 minute to incorporate.

Notes

To soften butter leave out of the fridge for 4 hours.
If the frosting is too stiff, you can add extra cream (1 tbsp at a time) to get an even softer buttercream.
